Yes, we are on the mountain and we are alive! This is Linnea and Lissa, for the first blog entry! Kate would like to tell her mother that there is indoor plumbing! We've had ourselves an interesting time, with lots of laughs and lots of crazy moments. One was this morning at the airport - all of us were gathered at door three, except Mr. Clark!! Don't worry, we found him lurking over by door one - where American Airlines actually is located. Additionally, when we arrived at the Atlanta airport, it was great to have Annie around, who could carry everyone's luggage despite her small stature. It was especiallly hilarious when she already grabbed Mr. Clark's baggage right under his nose, he was a little freaked that someone had stolen it, then turned around and realized Annie had placed it right next to him.
The mountains are the most beautiful things we've ever seen. As we drove from Atlanta to the cabins, we were surprised by how small these "mountains" were, they really looked like just small rolling hills, then we turned a corner and magically we were transported to the majestic and astounding forested Smokie Mountains. Words and pictures simply cannot captivate how incredible it is here.
Once we made it up the terrifying and hilarious mountain road (Singing musical songs all the way in Ms. Corts' car and occasionally leaving Mr. Clark's car in the dust) Ms. Corts' parents were waiting for us with homemade soup and cornbread, a perfect warm welcome! We've now settled out where everyone's sleeping and we're all relaxing and enjoying this lovely space.

I’m a tad bit upset. You did not mention Katelin once! I mean, she IS the life of the party and all, and deserves everyones love and gratitude.
And Katelin is a beast at life, I bet she could have carried all the luggage by herself with no help! Actually, I think you should allow her that amazing privilege on the trip back. Make sure to give her all the carry on items too!
If the mountains are the most beautiful thing you have ever seen, you should try looking at Katelin again. She’s amazingly hot. She is definitely the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. Did you see that amazing dress she wore once? Not sure what color it was, but she showed it to me. I must’ve been too dazed by her honey-like voice to take notice of the color.
Speaking of Katelin’s voice, I bet she was the best singer there was in Mr. Corts’ car. On the way back you should sing High School Musical 2 songs. Katelin definately knows all those. =D
Mhmmm, I like food too. Katelin makes REALLY good smoothies!!! Ask her to make her Zac Efron ones!!!!! =)
