Last day-can't wait to see you tomorrow!

Kendahl and Kate apologize in advance for this relatively uneventful post. We were all incredibly intimidated to go to a traditional Southern church service today... But everyone's fears turned out to be silly.

We had a lot of eating to do today. We went to a fantastic buffet after the church service, where everyone ae twice their body weight in chicken and mashed potatoes. When we were all full to the point of explosion, Kate showed everyone at her table the digestion dance, complete with jazz hands, while everyone else watched and felt left out.

After the buffet, everyone was allowed to choose what they wanted to do on their last day in Tennessee. Most of us chose to go into town to a book werehouse, which had an entire section for "wounded books" in the basement. Others went with Mr. Clark on a nature hike. The rest stayed and hung out at the cabin and played clue, forced AJ to watch "Ten Things I Hate About You", etc.

In the evening everyone was involved in making various preparations for leaving such as eating/dosposing of all the remainging food in the house.

Everyone would agree that the most entertaining part of the day was when Ms. Corts ordered all the children to descend upon the nearly ten containers of assorted remainging ice cream like ravenous wolves. After the feeding frenzy, we were ordered to run seven laps round the cabin to burn off the sugar and get to bed in a timely manner. The running ddn't happen, but the ice cream was delicious!
